Meet the 2020 Magento Masters: Mentors

It’s difficult to believe, but it’s already time for the fifth year of Magento Masters, a program that recognizes top contributors in our ecosystem. Yesterday we shared this year’s Movers with you. Today we reveal the seven Magento Masters selected as Mentors.
Mentors are top contributors to the Magento Community who are highly active in educating and developing resources for others. They have proven expertise in building successful Magento implementations.
We are delighted to introduce you to our Mentors for the 2020 Magento Masters program:
Senior Magento Developer, Mediotype
Damián Culotta has been working with Magento since 2008. He actively participates in the community, sharing his experiences through his blog, in the Magento Forums, and as a member of MugAr, for which he co-organizes meetups and writes code. He is a Senior Magento Developer at Mediotype, working on migrations from Magento 1 to Magento 2 and also post-upgrade tasks.
Damián was selected as a Magento Master for 2020 based on his 2019 contributions gathering and organizing the Magento Community across Argentina through MugAr. He is also being recognized for keeping the Spanish Magento Community informed on his blog, contributing to Magento’s GitHub repositories, contributing to the Spanish translations of Magento, and moderating and helping others on the Magento forums.
Technical Analyst, Krish TechnoLabs
Manthan Dave is an exuberant techie by nature. As one of the earliest adopters of Magento 2, he has been working on various large-scale enterprise projects for which he is a pillar for planning and strategizing the entire solution architecture. Manthan is a tech-savvy guy who likes to learn new technologies and is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with others. Manthan has also been the all-time top Solution Author and active Moderator on the Magento forums.
Manthan was selected as a Magento Master for 2020 based on his 2019 contributions of consistent dedication to moderating and helping others on the Magento forums and contributing to Magento’s GitHub repositories.
Magento Team Lead, Zilker Technology
Rakesh Jesadiya has been working with the Magento Platform for the past six years. He serves as Magento Team Lead (Remote Location) in India at Zilker Technology LLC, where his main role is creating a micro design of the technical task and assigning tasks to the team developer. Rakesh writes a blog on his website and enjoys spending his spare time with family, watching cricket, and walking.
Rakesh was selected as a Magento Master for 2020 based on his 2019 contributions of educating the Magento Community on his blog, contributing to Magento’s GitHub repositories, and moderating and helping others on the Magento forums.
CEO, Pronko Consulting
Max Pronko is the CEO and founder of Pronko Consulting, a Magento development and consulting agency in Dublin, Ireland. He has over 16 years of development experience and has been working with the Magento platform since 2010. Since 2016 he has been an author on the Magento DevChannel YouTube channel, where he enjoys providing advice and courses to help developers build better solutions with Magento 2. Max was recognized among the top 50 Magento contributors in 2018 and 2019. Max founded the Mage Mastery learning platform last year, where he provides online courses for developers of all levels.
Max was selected as a Magento Master for 2020 based on his 2019 contributions educating the community on Magento 2 through blogging, extensive video creation, and speaking engagements at Magento-focused events.
Yaroslav Rogoza is CTO at Atwix, a Magento Solution Partner. Yaroslav started his career developing solutions for different eCommerce platforms about 13 years ago, and in 2011 switched to Magento. Yaroslav takes an active role in educating people about developing solutions for the Magento platform. As an active member of the Community Maintainers team, he dedicates much of his free time to coordinate and review Magento contributions and participates in different open-source projects.
Yaroslav was selected as a Magento Master for 2020 based on his 2019 contributions to GitHub, serving as a Community Maintainer, as well as organizing Contribution Day in Khmelnytskyi and the Khmelnytskyi location for Distributed Magento Contribution Day.
Alessandro Ronchi works at Bitbull as an experienced technical leader, devoted to software design, development, and training. He is a longtime member of the Magento Community, often listed among top contributors and maintainers.
Alessandro was selected as a Magento Master for 2020 based on his 2019 contributions maintaining Magento’s GitHub repositories, hosting a DevExchange discussion, contributing to Italian translations, and curating Magento resources through Mageres.
Andreas von Studnitz
Andreas von Studnitz has been a Magento Developer since 2008 and is co-founder of integer_net, a Magento agency in Aachen, Germany. He still focuses on development in his day-to-day work, giving Magento 2 development trainings now and then as well as consulting. As an active member of the Magento Community in and around Germany, he loves travelling and visiting Magento events with the goal to meet interesting people and share some knowledge. Andreas enjoys spending time with his family, playing games, cycling, and reading.
Andreas was selected as a Magento Master for 2020 based on his 2019 contributions of organizing Magento Stammtisch Aachen, educating the community through blogging and speaking engagements, and contributing to the security of Magento.
