Optimizing National Fulfillment through Geofencing Strategies in LATAM

Coca-Cola en tu hogar is a delivery service supporting multiple cities in Mexico. The service must show customers a different product catalog depending on which city they are in, prevent out of service customers from placing orders, and be easily manageable in the Magento Admin so fulfillers can manage their service areas directly.

FortyFour’s geofencing solution solves all three of these challenges. By leveraging the Keyhole Markup Language (KML) file standard, we can create precise geographical maps of the service area a carrier can deliver to. This allows us to detect where a customer address is, determine whether the address has service, and redirect the customer to the correct store view to see the product catalog, pricing, and promotions that apply to them.
