Magento Accelerates Investment in the B2B Market

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. Aug. 13, 2015 – Magento, an eBay Enterprise company, today launched the Magento B2B Program as it continues to expand its investment in the B2B space. The leading B2B ecommerce provider offers innovative features and the fastest time to market through its Magento platform and partner ecosystem.

According to Forrester Research, Inc., 93 percent of B2B buyers prefer to purchase online with self-serve information and ordering options from their vendors.1 In fact, the number of B2B buyers expected to complete at least half of their work purchasing online is expected to nearly double from 30 percent today to 56 percent by 2017.2
