Design Firm Recognized for Outstanding Work on Delicious Karma Site at Imagine eCommerce 2013

Now in its second year, the prestigious honor was awarded by Magento executives after evaluating submissions of online stores developed on the Magento Enterprise Platform.

As a new daily deals startup, Delicious Karma worked with Rocket Web to build out a fully scalable commerce initiative on Magento Enterprise to support the company’s rapid growth. Rocket Web capitalized on the private sale functionality built into Magento Enterprise to launch a public beta six months ago engaging over 5,000 active users with an average order size of $70.

Most importantly, the winning submission delivered above and beyond initial merchant requirements by producing a site that exceeded business goals including revenue, conversion rate, site traffic, average order volume, and customer loyalty.

Erno Laszlo, originally a dermatologist brand to the Hollywood stars of the 50’s, approached Pod 1 to create an online storefront that would serve as the central hub for the brand and today’s consumers featuring an entire range of products in a luxury environment. Pod1 was able to drive an increase in new visitors by 50% using a custom HTML integration.
