As of Tuesday September 24th, 2019, it is no longer possible to create a new Magento Shipping account. If you are an existing Magento Shipping user, please find additional information regarding the status of Magento Shipping below. If you are currently in search for new shipping technology, we recommend that you use one of the following options to address your Shipping needs:
- Use the standard shipping offerings inside of Magento Commerce
- Flat Rates
- Table Rates
- Carrier Integrations (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)
- Use a dedicated Shipping Extension from our Marketplace
- Work with your existing Solution Partner to determine the best options for your business. Don’t have a partner? Find one here: https://magento.com/partners/choose-solution-partner
Quadient (formerly Neopost), the parent company of Temando, announced that they will be winding down the Temando business unit. Temando is the exclusive provider of the technology behind Magento Shipping and will be subject to an orderly shutdown by Quadient over time, subject to Temando’s legal obligations to its customers and other stakeholders. Adobe will continue to support Magento Shipping customers during this transition.
We are actively working with Temando to ensure a smooth process and allow our customers to operate business as usual. In parallel we will also explore possible alternatives. To provide our merchants with sufficient time to prepare for the transition we will continue to support the current Temando-powered Magento Shipping deployments for all existing customers until November 15, 20. We are working closely with our customers, technology and solutions partners over the coming months to assist with their migration strategy.
