Senior Vice President, Commerce
Following the close of the acquisition by Adobe, Magento CEO Mark Lavelle continues to lead the Magento team as part of Adobe’s Digital Experience business. Prior to taking the helm at Magento Commerce in November 2015, he served as Senior Vice President of Product for eBay Enterprise. Previously, Mark held a number of leadership positions within eBay Inc., including SVP of strategy and business development for both eBay Inc. and PayPal. Mark co-founded Bill Me Later, acquired by eBay in 2008. With more than 20 years spent building businesses at the intersection of the internet, commerce, and information technology, Mark's background includes successfully developing and executing global growth strategies, acquisitions and joint ventures, startup fundraising and investing.
Phillip DePaul

Phillip DePaul

Vice President & CFO, Magento Finance
Phillip DePaul joined Magento after three years as Chief Financial Officer of eBay Enterprise. A veteran of the eBay Inc. family since 2008, Phillip was previously its Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. Phillip led PayPal's global finance functions. Prior to joining eBay Inc., Phillip worked in various finance, controller, and audit roles at Ernst & Young LLP and OfficeMax.


Mark Lenhard

Vice President, Commerce Strategy & Growth
Mark Lenhard joined Magento from JPMorgan Chase, where he was a Managing Director, leading digital and payments strategy. Previously, Mark led PayPal's strategy team, developing and driving PayPal's overall strategic direction and vision. His team was responsible for delivering key product and business unit strategies that shaped PayPal's growth, including areas such as mobile, omnichannel, and product extensions. He also co-founded Black Mountain Equity, a private equity firm focused on sourcing and making investments in mid-sized technology and service companies. He began his career in private equity and management consulting at various firms including Belvedere Capital, The Parthenon Group and Marakon Associates. Mark holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Francesca Molinari

Francesca Molinari

Vice President, Digital Experience Business Partnering
Francesca Molinari is a Global Human Capital Leader with extensive multi-sector experience, including Technology, Business and Professional Services, Financial Services, Luxury Retail, and Non-Profit Management. She has served as a Human Resources leader for major corporations including eBay Enterprise, General Electric, Macy's East, Barneys New York, the Central Park Conservancy, and ICG Commerce.

Gary is a seasoned, strategic executive who has successfully built and led passionate, high-performance field teams including sales, account management, support, channel, business development, and services organizations. Having scaled multiple international and domestic teams, Gary has a broad and unique skill set with a strong understanding of sales enablement, operations, process, and execution. He focuses on building goal-oriented, winning teams with a commitment to excellence, humility, high character, grit, and extreme ownership–while over-achieving financial and customer satisfaction goals.
Andrea Ward

Andrea Ward

Vice President, Commerce Marketing
A marketing veteran, Andrea Ward has spent over 20 years growing and leading high-performing global marketing teams. Andrea joined Magento from Oracle, where she served as Global Vice President of Marketing for Oracle Marketing Cloud. In this role, Andrea was responsible for the product’s global launch, messaging, and demand strategy. She was also instrumental in driving the category creation and leadership for Oracle in the marketing technology space. Prior to joining Oracle, Andrea held a number of marketing leadership and financial management positions at high technology and pharmaceutical companies. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Jason Woosley

Jason Woosley

Vice President, Commerce Product & Platform
Jason Woosley leads Commerce Product & Platform, responsible for delivery and execution across the Magento portfolio. Prior to joining Magento, Jason served as CTO at SmarterHQ, and before that as Vice President of Product Development at Volusion. A veteran commerce technologist with over 15 years of proven success in building scalable software delivery organizations, Jason earned his BBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. He completed his graduate studies at MIT with an MBA from the Sloan School of Management.
